Enjoy all New Orleans has to offer at this luxury upstairs unit in a double home one house off St. Charles Avenue, at the border of the Garden District and Uptown! The streetcar is steps away, to take you further uptown to Audubon Park, or downtown through the Garden District to the French Quarter. There are restaurants, a grocery store, coffee shops, and bars within a couple blocks, and miles of shopping on Magazine Street 5 blocks away. Two bedrooms plus a loft, 2 bathrooms, and a large balcony with views of St. Charles Avenue.

Perfect for couples and families with older children (stairs leading up to the second floor may pose a danger to young children and a challenge to those with mobility impairments; steep alternating tread staircase leads to loft). Beds are large and comfy, with high quality linens and down comforters. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and plenty of fluffy towels and washcloths. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, Ninja blender and coffee maker, and fresh coffee beans and grinder.

Travel crib and other baby/child equipment is available upon request - please notify us in advance if you would like it in the home.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We moved to this neighborhood in 2005, and never plan to leave! We love the walkability, the central location, and the people. We are lovers of good food and music, and are parents to 3 small children. We look forward to sharing our city with our guests!
